How do I cancel my online subscription?

I can't log in, it keeps bringing me to the signup screen
The most common cause is the username and password being entered wrong. This could be due to the case-sensitive nature of the login information. "UserName" is different then "username". Please check the spelling and case of your username and password.

When I log in, I am redirected to the home page of the paper
Your browser, or computer is not accepting cookies. Cookies are required by the authentication system to allow access to the online paper. Please check your browser settings, or any firewall/anti-virus software you have installed. To check if your browser is accepting cookies, please click here

When the paper loads, all I get is garbled text (machine code)
You have Norton Internet Security installed. Please temporarily disable Internet Security. There may be a method to "whitelist" or allow certain domains. The domain for the online paper is "epaperedition.com".

I use the ___________ browser, and the online paper doesn't display correctly
The online paper is supported for most browsers, but works the best with IE 5 to IE 6, Firefox, and Netscape 4 to 7. Other browsers may display fine, but have quirks. We aren't able to configure the software for all the different versions.

Some articles display with odd characters or periods where there should be text.
This results from some conflicts within the generated PDF's we segment for the online paper. We make every attempt to eliminate these, but some are unavoidable.

Elements of the online paper can't be viewed in "text view".
When we process the online paper, we use a tagging method that creates some articles as images, without text. Examples of this are classifieds, and crosswords. These segmentation processes allow for easier printing.
